Response of Iron and Cadmium on Yield and Yield Components of Rice and Translocation in Grain: Health Risk Estimation

Rice consumption is a major dietary source of Cd and poses potential threat to human health. The aims this study were examine the influence Fe application on yield components, dynamics in pore water, translocation factors, daily intake, estimation health risks. A pot experiment was performed under glasshouse conditions where rice cultivars (Langi Quest) cultivated two dissimilar soils different levels (0, 1.0, 3.0 mg kg ?1 ) 2.0 g ). results showed that variation terms yield-related components dose dependent. Cadmium concentration soil water decreased over time increased with increasing but application. Translocation factors (TFs) from root straw (TF root-straw or husk straw-husk higher than grain root-grain straw-grain Quest cultivar had 20% lower Langi cultivar.
